Great to meet you!

My practice is about helping individuals who feel emotionally overwhelmed, but have trouble putting it into words. People who come to me for art therapy and counseling often are highly sensitive, creative teenagers and adults, who are looking for another way to feel better, when maybe traditional talk therapy wasn't "enough". I have a lot of experience on helping people cope with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, grief/loss, life transitions, burnout, and self esteem. Therapy for people who are tired of talking about their feelings.

My approach to therapy

I provide traditional talk therapy while incorporating creative and art-based techniques when they can help you process something that's difficult to put into words. As a person-centered and humanistic art therapist, and licensed professional counselor. My approach is warm and welcoming, grounded in deep empathy and respect for your lived experience.

What you can expect from me

Upon our first session, they can aspect a full assessment of their needs, and a creative, warm space to feel heard and validated.
