Great to meet you!

I have been a board certified art therapist, and licensed professional counselor since 2019, and graduated with my art therapy and counseling degree in 2016. In my therapy practice, I have worked with a wide variety of populations in hospital setting, residential treatment facility, and outpatient settings. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a combination of talk psychotherapy approaches and creative arts interventions. I always say to my people I meet with, that you do NOT have to be "good at art" to benefit from seeing an art therapist.

What you can expect from me

The people I meet with can expect to feel heard, validated, and a compassionate and creative space to meet their treatment goals, and heal. Forcing people to "talk" is not what I am about, so if you don't want to talk about what you have been through, that is where I find art therapy can really help people express themselves when words are not enough.
