My name is Brittany Friend and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist. I enjoy working with kids, teens, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, stress or relationship concerns, and more. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance commitment therapy to help clients build insight and coping skills to manage issues more efficiently.

My approach focuses on strengths and effective coping skills in order to help the client build more meaning in their lives. The goals are set in small and attainable increments based on where the client is at.

the first session will consist of an intake and open discussion. The session will be client-lead allowing you to take the focus where you would like.
