Great to meet you!

I’m Brittany (she/her), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing therapy for anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and LGBTQ+ related stressors. I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults. I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years providing services to clients in various settings.

My approach to therapy

I offer a supportive, collaborative therapeutic space where clients can explore concerns, gain insight, and develop practical coping strategies. My approach balances emotional support with skill-building, helping clients feel more confident and prepared to manage challenges in their daily lives.

I use evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. I tailor my work to each individual’s goals and needs rather than following a rigid or standardized approach.

What you can expect from me

I always start with a free 10-15 minute phone or video introductory session, where you'll the have the space to share your story and what you hope to achieve on your therapy journey. This allows the opportunity to see if it is a good fit for you before proceeding to the next session. From there we will work together to bring the goals to reality for you! I’m committed to providing inclusive, affirming, and non-judgmental care and work with clients seeking steady, thoughtful therapeutic support.
