Great to meet you!

I provide a supportive, person-centered space for individuals coping with severe or complex trauma, including veterans navigating PTSD, stress, life after divorce or other traumatic events. My approach is nonjudgmental and grounded in respect for your lived experience and resilience. I also work with couples facing communication challenges, disconnection, or major life transitions, often influenced by trauma. I also have experience supporting neurodiverse clients, including individuals on the autism spectrum. Healing is supported through connection, and I am committed to meeting you with empathy, presence, and understanding.

My approach to therapy

I also work with couples navigating communication challenges, disconnection, or life transitions. In our work together, I hold space for both partners to be seen and heard. I help couples rediscover empathy, connection, and safety in their relationship. In addition, I have experience working with neurodiverse clients, including those on the autism spectrum.

What you can expect from me

My approach is nonjudgmental, authentic, and collaborative. I believe healing happens in relationship—and I strive to build one where you feel deeply understood and truly accepted. If you're looking for a therapist who will walk with you, not in front of you, I invite you to reach out. Let's explore what healing could look like—together.
