Great to meet you!

Ten years of working alongside people in schools, homes, crisis settings, and hospitals has shown me one thing: you are already the expert on your own life. My job is to create a nonjudgmental space where we can figure out what is weighing on you and find practical paths forward together. I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, grief, chronic illness, family stress, addiction, and more. If you are ready to take that first step, I would love to hear from you.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy in a manner that is client-centered and solution-focused. I believe in creating a space that is safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings in an open and honest manner. You are the expert on your life and experiences; my job is to work alongside you to determine solutions and ensure your success.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect to have a conversation where we get to know one another. I will get an understanding of your goals and expectations, and together we will determine what direction you'd like our sessions to go in. You can expect to leave feeling heard and understood with at least one practical next step that you can put to use right away.
