Great to meet you!

Hello, I am bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years experience in working with children and families. Working with children, teens and young adults is my passion. I specialize in working with foster youth and low-income families. My hope is to provide healing through having a strong, supportive therapeutic relationship with my clients and ensuring that they feel seen, heard, and empowered to make the wanted changes in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very relax and solution-oriented. The goal it to make my clients feel as comfortable as possible and I find that humor is the best way to build rapport.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will involve finding out what my client would like to achieve in therapy. My hope is that my client will walk away from our first session feeling supported and hopeful in their journey towards improving their mental health and daily functioning.
