Great to meet you!

As a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a background in emergency medicine, I’ve had the privilege of caring for individuals and families at every stage of life. My work along the Gulf Coast has shaped my understanding of the diverse needs within our community. I focus on individualized, evidence-based care and strive to create a therapeutic space where you feel respected, supported, and empowered

My approach to therapy

Clients should know that I take a supportive, down-to-earth, and collaborative approach to care. I understand that seeking help can feel overwhelming, so I focus on creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can openly share what you’re experiencing. My goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and genuinely supported.

I practice from a trauma-informed and holistic perspective, considering both your mental and physical wellness. I combine evidence-based medication management with practical coping strategies, lifestyle support, and education so you can feel empowered in your treatment. I believe mental health care works best as a partnership, and we will work together to find what truly helps you feel better and move toward stability, clarity, and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, supportive space where we’ll focus on understanding what brought you in and what you hope to achieve. I’ll ask about your symptoms, history, and current stressors, but there is no pressure to share anything you’re not ready for. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and begin creating a treatment plan that feels realistic and comfortable for you. My priority is helping you feel heard, safe, and confident about the next steps in your care
