Brittany Gutierrez

Brittany Gutierrez is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the State of Florida. She earned her Master of Science degree in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University (NSU), with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Brittany has experience collaborating with clients in both outpatient and educational settings.

Throughout her career, Brittany has worked with individuals across the lifespan, including children (ages 5-10), preteens, teenagers, adults, and seniors (65+). Her clinical specializations include: Anxiety and Depression, Trauma and Grief, Adoption and Racial Identity, ADHD and Behavioral Issues, Parenting and Relationship Challenges, Self-esteem and Life Transitions.

Brittany prioritizes establishing therapeutic relationships built on honesty, empathy, non-judgment, and compassion. She utilizes a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Behavior Modification, Person-Centered Therapy, and Play Therapy. Brittany customizes her approach to align with each client's specific needs and goals, remaining dedicated to helping individuals heal and lead healthier lives.
