Great to meet you!

I am a therapist who genuinely loves what I do. My journey into this field began when I was 14 years old, sparked by experiences that deepened my understanding of the power of authentic connection and the importance of being seen and heard. Those moments inspired me to pursue counseling as a career, and today, I am grateful to be living that dream. At the core of my practice is a deep appreciation for connection that validates the human experience. I am passionate about creating a space where individuals can explore their stories with honesty and vulnerability, knowing they will be met with empathy and respect.

My approach to therapy

Over the years, I have had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of people from a variety of backgrounds, witnessing their resilience, growth, and healing. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and that every person’s journey is unique. My approach is tailored to each individual, blending evidence-based practices with genuine curiosity and care.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are navigating challenges, seeking clarity, or striving for personal growth, my goal is to support you in a way that feels empowering and meaningfu. Please, reach out for a free 15-minute consultation so we can see if we are a good fit.
