Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist who enjoys building meaningful connections and supporting people through the process of self-exploration and personal growth. I have experience working with individuals, families and couples, in a variety settings. I have specialize in Sport and Performance Psychology and have worked with a number of athletes, teams, coaches, medical and business professionals, dancers, artists and many others in this unique domain.

My approach to therapy

I believe that individuals are the experts of their own lives and through establishing a safe and non-judgmental environment, clients can engage in self-reflection, process past experiences, and gain new insights into self and others so they can face life’s challenges with greater ease and flexibility.

What you can expect from me

I tailor each session to the unique needs of the client. Whether you’re navigating a difficult transition, struggling with relationship concerns, coping with past trauma or experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety, you don’t have to go through these challenges alone. Together we will work to understand the patterns that leave you feeling stuck and explore new ways to utilize your strengths to make the changes that feel most important to you.
