Great to meet you!

Hey, I'm glad you're here.I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with teens and adults navigating some of life's harder moments. Whether that's anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship struggles, or just feeling like you've lost your footing somewhere along the way.I genuinely believe that people are more than their diagnosis or their hardest days, and that's the lens I bring to every session. My style is collaborative and down-to-earth. We'll work together at your pace, and I'll meet you exactly where you are. I draw from a range of approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, somatic work, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy because no two people are the same, and your care shouldn't be either. I'll help you figure out what actually works for you. My practice is a safe, affirming space for everyone including LGBTQ+ individuals, neurodivergent folks, those from diverse cultural backgrounds, and people who want to honor their faith as part of the healing process. Starting therapy takes courage, and I don't take that lightly. If you're ready to take that first step, I'd love to connect.

My approach to therapy

My approach is flexible, personalized, and always rooted in respect for who you are and what you've been through. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all model so rather than fitting you into a single method, I pull from several evidence-based approaches and shape them around your needs.

Depending on what feels most helpful for you, we might work through thought patterns with CBT, build emotional regulation skills using DBT, process past experiences with EMDR, tune into what your body is holding through somatic work, or simply focus on your strengths and what's already working in your life. Mindfulness threads through a lot of what I do too not in a "just meditate and breathe" way, but in a grounded, practical way that actually fits real life.

Above all, I'll be honest, warm, and direct when it's helpful.

What you can expect from me

The first session is really about getting to know each other. I want to hear your story in your own words, at your own pace.

We'll talk about what brought you in, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping things could look like on the other side of this. I'll ask some questions to get a fuller picture, but there's no right or wrong way to show up.

By the end of our first session, my goal is for you to leave feeling heard, a little lighter, and like this might actually be a space where real change is possible.
