Great to meet you!

I don't believe seeking support is coincidence- it's a sign of courage and readiness for change.

As a licensed independent social worker, with a passion for helping others move through challenges that prevent them them from building fulfilling and balanced lives. I believe that prioritizing mental health as a preventative measure is one of most important investments we can make in our overall well-being.

I have been practicing for six years working with individuals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, emotion dysregulation, behavioral challenges, and difficulties with relationships.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's unique needs and strengths. Drawing from DBT, CBT, and trauma informed care, I help clients develop practical skills to manage emotions, navigate challenges, and create meaningful change. I believe lasting growth happens when people feel safe, supported, and empowered to build on their resilience.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, supportive, connection. We will talk about what brought you to therapy, what's going on in your life, and what you hope to gain from our time together. Ill ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and challenges, and you'll have the opportunity to ask questions you may have about the process. There is no pressure to share everything at once- we'll move at your pace. By the end of this session we will have a clearer idea of how we can work together to support your goals.
