Great to meet you!

I help high-functioning adults heal from trauma, break unhealthy relationship patterns, overcome addiction and self-destructive coping strategies, and develop a stronger sense of self-worth.

My approach combines evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and solution-focused techniques, to help clients move beyond symptom management and address the root causes of distress. I work with adults experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem & challenges.

I believe that meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen, understood, and supported. As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, gain insight, and build lasting resilience.

My approach to therapy

My role is to help clients move beyond simply managing symptoms and begin understanding the deeper experiences, beliefs, and wounds that are driving their current struggles. Through a combination of EMDR, mindfulness, and evidence-based psychotherapy, we work to heal unresolved trauma, strengthen self-worth, develop healthier coping skills, and create more fulfilling relationships. Together, we identify what's keeping them stuck and build a path toward lasting change, greater confidence, and a life that feels more authentic and meaningful.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and my goal is to make your first session feel comfortable, collaborative, and productive. During our initial meeting, I'll take time to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and learn about your personal history, relationships, strengths, and challenges.

Together, we'll discuss the concerns that are most important to you, identify your goals for treatment, and begin exploring patterns that may be contributing to your current struggles. You don't need to have everything figured out before you arrive. My role is to help guide the process with curiosity, compassion, and practical support.

By the end of our first session, you can expect to have a clearer understanding of how we might work together, a preliminary treatment plan, and a sense of whether we're a good fit. Most importantly, I want you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the possibility of change.
