Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years of experience providing therapy to folks across the lifespan. Currently serving adults via telehealth, my areas of clinical focus and expertise include trauma, bipolar disorder, ADHD, depression, anxiety, maternal mental health, and women's issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is flexible and tailored to the unique needs of each individual. I aim to create a warm and open space that allows you to show up and be seen as your whole self. Like life, I think therapy works best with balance, and I use humor where appropriate while we wade through the heavy stuff. I recognize that it is normal to struggle in an unjust world, and my practice is informed by principles of feminism, anti-racism, and anti-oppression.

What you can expect from me

I know that starting therapy is a uniquely vulnerable experience, and the idea of spilling all your stuff to a stranger can feel a bit weird. Luckily, I embrace the weird. I am genuinely curious about the human experience, and would love to learn more about yours. In our work together, we will identify what a life well lived looks like for you and untangle all the strings that might be getting in the way of that life.
