Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Brittany — a licensed therapist, maternal wellness advocate, and founder of B.Intentional Wellness and The Center for Intentional Maternal Wellness. I’m passionate about supporting women through life’s transitions, from managing anxiety and perfectionism to navigating identity shifts in motherhood and beyond. I bring both expertise and heart to my work, and I’m committed to helping clients reclaim their peace, power, and purpose. Outside the therapy room, I’m a mom, a lover of cozy evenings, intentional self-care, long walks, and good music. I believe healing can be warm, real, and even a little fun.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, strengths-based, and culturally responsive. I blend talk therapy with mindfulness, EMDR techniques, and mind-body healing tools to help clients process stress, trauma, and life transitions with intention. I focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you can explore your emotions, build confidence, and reconnect with your identity. Healing is personal and unique, so I tailor each session to your needs while empowering you to feel seen, understood, and capable.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll get to know each other and explore what brought you to therapy. We’ll identify your goals, discuss what’s been challenging, and start mapping out a path toward clarity and healing. You can expect a warm, judgment-free environment where it’s safe to be vulnerable, ask questions, and express yourself fully. By the end of the session, you’ll have a sense of the process and a collaborative plan for moving forward, grounded in both compassion and practical tools.
