Brittany is a trauma informed therapist who assists clients in healing through a holistic perspective. She works with adolescents, teens and adults struggling with life transitions, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, trauma, and relationship issues. Brittany strives to create a thoughtfully tailored therapeutic plan including intuitive energy work, somatic movements, EMDR and other modalities. With the intention of climbing the mountain beside you, Brittany starts where you are ready to begin.

I work from the perspective that the body keeps the score and we must include the entire person in order to heal, in body, mind and spirit.
