Great to meet you!

I help clients work through anxiety, trauma, and life’s challenges in a way that feels genuine, supportive, and grounded. I believe therapy should be a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered—not judged or overwhelmed.

My approach is holistic and personalized, combining meaningful emotional processing with practical, evidence-based tools that support lasting change. While understanding the impact of past experiences is important, therapy is also about building the skills, confidence, and resilience needed to navigate the present and move toward the future you want.

I have experience supporting individuals dealing with anxiety, PTSD, trauma, grief, depression, and life transitions. I am particularly passionate about working with trauma survivors and neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD and autism. Together, we will identify your strengths, explore patterns that may no longer serve you, and develop strategies that align with your unique needs and goals.

My goal is to provide a warm, collaborative environment where healing can happen at your own pace while helping you create meaningful, sustainable changes in your daily life. You do not have to face challenges alone—I am here to support you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels authentic, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. My approach is warm, supportive, and trauma-informed, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences openly and at your own pace.

I take a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and life experiences. While understanding how the past has shaped you is important, therapy is also about developing practical skills to help you manage challenges in the present and build the life you want moving forward.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation for our work together. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences at your own pace.

During this session, we'll talk about what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process. I'll ask questions about your personal history, relationships, strengths, and any factors that may be impacting your well-being. This helps me develop a fuller understanding of your unique experiences and needs.

We'll also discuss your goals for therapy and begin identifying areas you'd like to focus on. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, trauma, grief, life transitions, ADHD, autism, or other concerns, we'll work together to create a plan that feels meaningful and achievable for you.

You don't need to have everything figured out before our first meeting. It's completely okay if you're unsure where to start or have difficulty putting your experiences into words. My role is to guide the conversation, help you feel supported, and meet you where you are.

By the end of the session, you can expect to have a better understanding of how I work, ask any questions you may have, and leave with a clearer sense of the next steps in your therapy journey. Most importantly, I want you to feel heard, respected, and supported from the very beginning.
