Great to meet you!

I hold a Master of Clinical Social Work, along with degrees in Photography and Spanish, reflecting my deep appreciation for the arts and literature. I am dedicated to providing support to individuals navigating challenges related to life transitions, relationship issues with families of origin or life partners, grief, and trauma recovery. I also have expertise in donor conception and infertility. I aim to empower you to rediscover your resilience and enhance your capacity to effectively manage life's complexities.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative therapeutic approach that primarily incorporates talk therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also offer experiential therapy interactions outside where my practice is located. This combination assists clients in fostering connection with their bodies, emotions, thoughts, and memories while gaining insight into who they are now and how events and relationships throughout their lives have shaped them. Connecting to our environment also helps build a sense of belonging and practices in vivo natural coping strategies.

What you can expect from me

Clients can anticipate acquiring tools designed to soothe their often anxious nervous systems and enhance their problem-solving abilities regarding the challenges they encounter in their lives. I can adopt a solution-focused approach to address specific goals that clients wish to achieve, or I can provide an empathetic listening ear to foster the development of self-compassion and self-awareness through engaging dialogue.
