Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, and I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationships, and self-esteem challenges. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable people who are used to being the responsible one in their lives, but who want more clarity, confidence, and emotional steadiness.

My professional background includes community mental health and private practice work, where I’ve supported clients with anxiety, relationship concerns, identity shifts, and periods of transition or uncertainty. I aim to create a space that feels warm, grounded, and collaborative, where you can better understand what’s happening internally and build tools that actually translate into daily life.

I work with individuals who want to feel more confident in their decisions, communicate more effectively in relationships, and develop healthier ways of responding to stress, uncertainty, and change.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and solution-oriented. I believe therapy should feel supportive, but also practical and meaningful — a place where insight leads to real change.

I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and self-compassion work. Together, we look at the patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships, while also building concrete tools to help you respond differently to stress, uncertainty, and challenges.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more self-trusting, and more able to navigate your life with intention rather than reaction.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and make sure the fit feels right.

We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what’s been feeling difficult lately, and what you hope might feel different in your life. I’ll ask some questions to understand your background and goals, but there’s no pressure to share more than feels comfortable.

By the end of the session, my goal is for you to feel heard, clearer about what therapy with me might look like, and more hopeful that change is possible. If we decide to continue, we’ll begin shaping a plan together so therapy feels focused and useful from the start.
