Great to meet you!

Founder of Selah Maternal Wellness, a faith-informed space supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, matrescence, anxiety, identity shifts, and the emotional transition into motherhood.

If you're feeling like you're 'losing yourself' in the transition to motherhood, or if the reality of parenting isn't matching the expectations you had, you're in the right place. As a Licensed Independent Social Worker and a mother of three, I've navigated the intense, beautiful, and often messy transition into parenthood both personally and professionally. My passion for maternal wellness is rooted in the belief that no parent should have to navigate this life-changing identity shift in silence.

With a master's in social work and a clinical foundation built over the last four years, I bring both professional expertise and deep compassion to my work with individuals navigating life's transitions. I am currently pursuing advanced training/certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), as well. While my clinical practice is centered on perinatal and postpartum wellness, my comprehensive background allows me to support adults navigating a wide range of life transitions and personal challenges.

I am committed to continuous professional growth and provide a space where you are seen, heard, and supported.

My approach to therapy

In our sessions, you won't find a cold, clinical expert. You'll find a partner who listens without judgement and uses practical, evidence-based tools (like CBT) to help you manage anxiety, shift your perspective, and reclaim your sense of self.

What you can expect from me

I know that taking the first step to reach out for support can feel like the hardest part. My goal for our first session is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and above all else, not alone.
