Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe you will not be content in your life until you achieve balance in your life, and this will not occur until you prioritize your mental health. Today you're taking the first step in pursuit of your mental well being, and that takes courage. I have over a decade of experience working in the mental health field. I have provided therapy to clients from various different age groups helping them with a multitude of issues. The majority of my experience has been providing School Based Therapy to children and adolescents. I look forward to starting this therapeutic journey with you.

My approach to therapy

You are the expert of your own story. You have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the things that challenge you.

What you can expect from me

During the first session you’ll have the opportunity to share your story. I aspire to create a pleasant environment that will allow you to feel comfortable sharing about yourself. Then, we will work together to determine the goals that you would like to accomplish with therapy. Following that, we will take steps during sessions to help you make progress towards those goals.
