Great to meet you!

The first step to making any sort of change is becoming aware. Counseling is the instrument that I use to build a therapeutic alliance with my clients and teach them how to develop solutions to their problems. I know that no single approach is right for every individual so I have sought training in a variety of modalities. My resume is colored with a wide variety of jobs working with very diverse populations.

My approach to therapy

I am here for you in an authentic, empathetic, compassionate, unbiased, and supportive role. I provide objective, nonjudgmental guidance and can assist you with making desired changes and help you identify your strengths and courage to make sense of and confront difficult emotions and experiences. I offer a level of accountability and advocacy so you can achieve your maximum self. Together, we will develop customized strategies for you to heal and thrive in your life.

What you can expect from me

I want to be a breath of fresh air for my clients! My greatest passion is bringing understanding and healing to people who have been through a traumatic/stressful experience. My approach is interactive, warm, and accepting. I cultivate a therapeutic environment that makes my clients feel safe, heard, and understood. I am eager to continue bringing an effective blend of experience, expertise, clarity, concern and action to the individuals that I serve! Let's get to work!
