Great to meet you!

My work is rooted in creating a safe, compassionate space where individuals can heal, grow, and navigate life’s challenges with resilience, cultural awareness, and spiritual grounding. Whether you’re coping with grief, depression, persistent sadness, or difficulty managing daily responsibilities, you don’t have to do it alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and client-centered. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore challenges, build self-awareness, and develop practical tools for lasting change. Drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop healthy coping strategies. I also incorporate strengths-based and solution-focused interventions to empower clients to recognize their resilience and move toward their personal goals. When desired by the client, I integrate Christian faith and biblical principles into the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and understood while gathering information that will guide our work together. We will identify your strengths, discuss current challenges, and begin developing a plan tailored to your unique needs and goals.
