Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps, and you don't have to do it alone. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, coping with the effects of trauma, navigating grief, struggling in relationships, adjusting to a life transition, or facing parenting challenges, I offer a compassionate space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we will explore your experiences, identify your strengths, develop practical tools for managing challenges, and work toward the goals that matter most to you.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll identify goals, build effective coping skills, and explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, behavioral therapies, trauma-focused therapies, and ERP to help clients move toward lasting growth and healing. Above all, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can show up as yourself without judgment.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a warm, supportive environment where we work together to better understand your experiences, develop practical tools, and make progress toward your goals. Some days may focus on processing difficult emotions, while others may focus on learning new skills or solving current challenges. My hope is that you leave each session feeling understood, supported, and empowered.
