Great to meet you!

If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of how to move forward, therapy can be a place to slow down, feel understood, and begin making meaningful changes. I specialize in working with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, addiction, and mood-related concerns. I’m passionate about helping people navigate difficult seasons of life while developing a stronger understanding of themselves and their emotions. My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you can be yourself, work through what’s weighing on you, and build the confidence and tools to create a life that feels more manageable and fulfilling.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, personalized, and relevant to your real life. There is no one-size-fits-all approach, so I take the time to understand you as an individual—including your experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals—and tailor our work accordingly. I incorporate empowerment-based, solution-focused, and task-centered interventions, along with cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques. We’ll work together to understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck while developing practical coping strategies you can actually use outside of therapy. I’m also passionate about continued learning and regularly stay current with evidence-based practices so I can bring thoughtful and effective approaches into our work together.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you’re not sure what to expect. My priority during our first session is to make you feel comfortable, heard, and respected. We’ll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what brought you to therapy, and exploring what you’d like to be different in your life. We’ll begin identifying your goals and creating a personalized direction for our work together, without rushing the process. You don’t need to have the right words or everything figured out before your first session. Just come as you are—we’ll start from there.
