Great to meet you!

I fully believe in the power of asking ourselves the hard questions to understand the root of a problem instead of just addressing symptoms. I’ve seen therapy have the power to create meaningful, lasting change, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been providing outpatient mental health therapy to adults for 11 years. I specialize in trauma work, and I am both trained and certified in EMDR (an evidence-based therapy for trauma and other distressing life experiences). I utilize multiple different treatment modalities including EMDR, CBT, DBT, Parts Work, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Mindfulness.

I know firsthand that reaching out for help takes courage, and I understand that taking that first step can feel very overwhelming. Together, we’ll work to help you heal from past wounds, better understand who you are (all parts!), and create healthy, lasting changes. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to navigate it alone anymore. I’m here to support and guide you every step of the way. I encourage you to take that first step today. Right now. Reach out to me and we can chat about what this journey may look like — I can’t wait to hear from you!

My approach to therapy

My goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable taking off your “mask,” and feel safe learning about yourself, knowing you’ll be met with compassion, patience, respect, and a genuine understanding.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step- and that's because it is! It's natural to feel a little unsure or nervous. I encourage you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation so we can get to know one another, answer any questions you have, and determine whether we're a good fit. During our first session or two, I enjoy taking the time to learn about you. We'll explore what brought you to therapy, what you hope to gain from the process, and create a plan that supports your unique goals and the life you want to build. If EMDR is an appropriate treatment option, we'll first build a strong foundation of coping skills and ensure you feel prepared before beginning trauma processing.
