Great to meet you!

I am a licensed mental health counselor and certified perinatal mental health counselor, with over 8 years of experience. I have assisted individuals in recovery of substance use at many levels of care; assisted individuals struggling with eating disorders and body image and many levels of care; assisted teens and adults with mild to moderate symptoms of Autism Spectrum Disorder; and have worked with pregnant and postpartum parents on mental health symptoms.

My approach to therapy

I use DBT, CBT, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing as my main therapeutic focuses; but also talk about the role of relationships and attachment over time. I see therapy as being in the passenger seat with the road map, and you tell me what the destination is. Sessions are always are your pace, covering what's important to you in each session.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to build a greater understanding of how their symptoms have impacted their lives and where they originated from, and coping skills to practice between sessions.
