Great to meet you!

I am a trauma-informed therapist who works with individuals and families across the lifespan, supporting clients through trauma, suicidal ideation, anxiety, depression, grief, and relational challenges. I believe healing occurs within safe, collaborative relationships, and I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). I prioritize emotional safety, collaboration, and empowerment, and I am committed to helping clients build resilience, insight, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

I tailor interventions to each client’s unique needs while honoring their lived experiences and strengths. My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each client’s capacity for growth and healing.
