Great to meet you!

As a licensed psychologist, I believe caring for your mental health is an essential part of building a fulfilling and balanced life. Reaching out for support can feel really difficult, so I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to take that step. I primarily work with women who are navigating anxiety and depression, and I’m here to offer support, understanding, and guidance along the way.

My approach to therapy

You deserve care that honors who you are because everyone's story is unique. Once we decide to work together, we’ll move forward as partners in your therapeutic journey, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I will work hard to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and respected as this is deeply important to me. I’ll be here to listen with care, gently challenge you when it’s helpful, and support you every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

We will start with an introductory session where you can share your story and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. Together we will take the time to explore this together and start shaping a path forward. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable opening up, being vulnerable, and truly yourself. From there, we’ll continue working side by side in future sessions to help turn your goals into meaningful, lasting change.
