Great to meet you!

Welcome I’m Brittany, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor specializing in women’s mental health, with a strong passion for perinatal and postpartum care. I’m deeply committed to women’s work and helping women reconnect with their most authentic, powerful selves. I understand the layered expectations women carry, and I offer a space where you don’t have to be “strong” or hold everything alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, steady, and trauma‐informed. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with emotional insight and practical tools to help you navigate identity shifts, anxiety, overwhelm, and the unique pressures of pregnancy, postpartum, and womanhood. I work from a culturally humble lens and honor the full context of your life—your history, your identities, and the systems that shape your wellbeing. My goal is to help you build clarity, boundaries, and routines that support the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a calm, collaborative conversation focused on what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping to feel differently. We’ll explore your goals, your needs, and what support looks like for you. My intention is for you to leave feeling grounded, understood, and hopeful—like you’ve finally found a space where you can exhale.
