Through strong therapeutic relationships, my mission is to assist clients in building a life worth living. I studied Clinical Social Work at the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College with a specialization in Clinical Practice and Mental Health. I have been a Mental Health Clinician for 4 years for clients ages 18+.

My approach to therapy

I utilize a Dialectic-Behavior Therapy Informed Approach to assist clients thrive in the areas of Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Through assisting clients in increasing skill-sets in these areas, clients can overcome behaviors such as self-harming/ NSSI, anxiety, depression, and minimizing the impairment of trauma symptoms.

In a first session, there will be a focus on establishing trust and ensuring I am the right fit for your mental health care needs. Through evidenced-based assessment, there will be collaboratived goal setting to create a strong foundation for your treatment moving forward.
