Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about social justice and ending relational violence. I received my Master's of Social Service from Bryn Mawr’s Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research in 2019. My areas of specialty include working with survivors of abuse/relational trauma, people struggling with anxiety and depression, BIPOC individuals, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I also work with couples on communication, trust, intimacy, and learning how to "fight fair."

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe in a person-first approach to therapy. I pull from multiple modalities, including trauma informed care, relational theory, structural family therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, empowerment counseling, motivational interviewing, internal family systems, psychodynamic theory, and attachment theory.

What you can expect from our first session

I hope that you feel heard and supported after a session with me. You are the expert of your own life and I aim to highlight your inner strength and abilities. I will also gently challenge and point out alternate perspectives, as appropriate.
