Great to meet you!

My passion is to help teens and adults who feel they are struggling discover why they are struggling and create a game plan for success. My goal is to create a space that allows us to work together to overcome the challenges you are experiencing in the different areas of your life. Everyone can find success and happiness when provided with the right tools, support, and resources. A brighter future exists, all it takes is to stop thinking about starting, and begin doing it.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I tailor my approach according to the unique requirements of each client, employing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. My specialization lies in utilizing Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) to alleviate the severity of anxiety symptoms experienced. When working with minors, I provide education to both the client and their family on how to best help their loved one so change, and healing can occur.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients develop the ability to embrace novel experiences and adapt to change, fostering lasting transformations. Staying deeply involved in their therapy, my clients take on an active role as participants, while I serve as their coach and supporter, offering guidance and encouragement throughout their transformative journey.
