Great to meet you!

I am a New Jersey based (though licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania) psychotherapist trained in dual diagnosis and a certified trauma specialist for adults and adolescents. Over the last decade, I have worked with a diverse client base focusing on trauma, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, and relationship issues. I believe everyone has the capacity for positive change and consider it an honor to support individuals on their journey toward healing.

My approach to therapy

First and foremost, I will provide a warm, non-judgmental space for you to contemplate change. I place high value on the development of a strong therapeutic bond, balance and a holistic approach to care. I will meet you where you're at while developing a tailored plan to meet your specialized needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to feel respected, seen and honored in our time together. Treatment is about YOU and the change you desire to make in your life. My clients are encouraged to share their thoughts and feelings, knowing they will be met with empathy and unconditional positive regard.
