Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through a variety of life challenges. My professional experience includes working in shelters, hospitals, private practice, and community-based support programs, giving me the opportunity to work with people from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of needs.

I believe therapy is a collaborative and supportive process where you should feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to better understand what you’re experiencing, identify patterns that may be affecting your well-being, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward.

My approach to therapy

My approach is individualized and guided by your unique experiences, goals, and strengths. Whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I am here to support you at your own pace. My goal is to help you gain greater insight, build confidence, and develop the tools needed to create meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We’ll spend some time getting to know one another and discussing what brought you to therapy, what you’re currently experiencing, and what you hope to gain from counseling.

I’ll also learn more about your background, strengths, and any challenges that may be impacting your well-being. Together, we can begin identifying goals for therapy and discussing how I can best support you moving forward. You don’t need to have everything figured out before our first session—simply coming as you are is a great place to start.
