Great to meet you!

I like to laugh and I have a non-religious, spiritual type, non-judgmental approach. You are welcome to bring anything into session for comfort or exploration as you'd like such as tarot, walking in nature, or fidgets and a blanket. There are no topics off limits, and we can also discuss things as slowly as you feel comfortable. Your session is flexible to you and what you're needing that day.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am here for you to support but also challenge and help you grow into the best version of yourself, navigating all of the pain and judgement that life might have thrown, or is still currently throwing your way.

What you can expect from our first session

Your session time is your time to work through anything you want, at your own pace. We all walk a unique path in this life, and I will always support your individuality and what you want your life to look like, regardless of societal expectations of what that should be.

Brittany's style is

Humorous
Challenging
Open-minded
