Great to meet you!

I’m Brittany, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing thoughtful, individualized care for both adults and children—because mental health support should meet you where you are, at every stage of life.

I believe psychiatric care should never feel rushed, dismissive, or one-size-fits-all. My approach centers on listening first, understanding the whole person, and creating a plan that actually works for you.

Through secure telehealth, I support individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, emotional regulation challenges, and major life transitions.

This space is for real conversations, clarity, and care without judgment.

✨ Mental health care — done differently.

✨ Support that adapts to you, not the other way around.

✨ You don’t have to do this alone.

My approach to therapy

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all psychiatry or rushed appointments. Every person—whether an adult, child, or family—comes with a unique story, nervous system, and set of strengths. My role is to understand the whole picture, not just a diagnosis.

What you can expect from me

I focus on:

  • Thorough, thoughtful assessments
  • Shared decision-making (you’re part of the plan, not just receiving it)
  • Evidence-based medication management, used intentionally—not automatically
  • Developmentally appropriate care for children and adolescents
  • Clear education, so you understand why we’re doing what we’re doing

Through secure telehealth, I create a calm, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and never judged. Progress happens when care feels safe, flexible, and tailored to real life—not when it’s rushed or impersonal.

My goal is to help clients feel more regulated, confident, and like themselves again—at a pace that makes sense for them.
