Great to meet you!

I’m a therapist dedicated to supporting people through depression, anxiety, stress, and trauma with compassion and cultural awareness. I help clients navigate life transitions, process difficult emotions, and build meaningful connections with themselves and others. I specialize in social anxiety, panic, posttraumatic stress, attachment challenges, and deeper work around self-love, forgiveness, guilt, shame, and abandonment. I’m also especially attuned to women’s issues and the pressures surrounding identity, purpose, and social expectations.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and shaped by a commitment to creating an affirming, nonjudgmental space. I honor your values, background, and lived experience, bringing authenticity and cultural responsiveness to our work. Whether you’re managing anger, processing trauma, or feeling isolated, I’ll help you reconnect with your strength and move toward healing. Taking the first step takes courage, and I’m honored to walk alongside you.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel exciting, overwhelming, or intimidating, and that is completely normal. In our first session, we’ll get to know one another and discuss what brings you in, your current concerns, personal history, and goals. You’ll have space to ask questions and decide whether we’re a good fit. Together, we’ll begin creating a plan at a comfortable pace. Therapy is a partnership, with change supported both during and between sessions.
