Great to meet you!

- Not accepting new couples at this time. -

If you’re looking for a safe space to heal, grow, and/or transform pain into resilience then you’re in the right place. Emotions are part of being human, but you knew that right? I also like to think of them as indicators. Emotional experiences aren’t without reason. Emotions can help us uncover valuable information about our needs, desires, and areas that may benefit from healing.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy helping fellow humans make sense of their past, as they work on the present, to achieve sustainable change for a more fulfilling future. Understanding your experience matters to me. Regardless of the situation, I will meet you where you’re at and help you to identify and utilize strengths (which you already possess, btw) as we move closer toward the goals you envision for yourself.

What you can expect from me

-- New client documentation must be completed to confirm appointment request. --

I believe my work with clients to be a collaborative endeavor that thrives in an honest and open space free of judgment. In the therapy room, I utilize an integrative approach which may include strengths-based, client-centered, somatically-focused and/or evidenced-based modalities. Feel free to explore my website for more info.
