I have over thirteen years of experience working in clinical and private practice settings. I have advanced training and experience in the following areas: yoga, early childhood development, womens support (fertility, pregnancy and postpartum), anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic PTSD, trauma, ADHD, parenting, and mood disorders.

My approach to therapy

College students, young adults, women, parents, and professionals are all good fits for my style. Depression, anxiety, trauma, pre and post partum, parenting, relationships–these are a few of my specialty areas. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, art therapy, my experience as a certified yoga instructor, and my ongoing training in working with trauma.
