I am a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of Texas and National Board Certified Counselor. I aim to be open-minded and helpful as I learn about others and support them in a better quality of life. I am from Chicago, Illinois and graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, Master's of Science in Mental Health Counseling and Certificate in Contemporary Theory in Mental Health Services from Capella University while in Georgia.

My approach to counseling is Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I focus on listening to you and helping you connect your thoughts and behaviors.
