Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Brittany, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with five years of experience helping individuals navigate life's challenges. I understand that seeking therapy takes courage, and I honor the strength it takes to begin the process of change.

I provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and validated. My approach is grounded in compassion, warmth, and curiosity. Together, we'll explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences to help you gain insight, foster healing, and move toward meaningful growth.

My approach to therapy

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is the primary foundation of my work. DBT has had a meaningful impact on my own life, and I am passionate about helping others develop the same skills for managing emotions, improving relationships, building resilience, and creating a life worth living. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, as well as Solution-Focused Therapy to help you discover practical steps that can create positive change in the present.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I offer a calm and validating environment where you can share your story at your own pace. Together, we'll explore what brings you to therapy, identify your goals, and discuss what meaningful change looks like for you. My goal is to help you gain clarity about your needs, build on your strengths, and take intentional steps toward becoming happy, healthy, and whole. I will meet you where you are, and we'll take it from there.
