Great to meet you!

It’s easy to feel stuck. Maybe you can’t shake certain thoughts or behaviors. Maybe you’re constantly feeling down, worried, apathetic or fearful. As your therapist, I’m here to partner with you in exploring the “why” behind the things that make you feel stuck. You know a lot more about yourself than you give yourself credit for, and I want to help you focus on your strengths and provide tangible tools to help you reach your goals.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety and life stressors. I use evidence-based, trauma-informed treatments including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and EMDR.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re brand new to therapy or just need a change, I’m eager to help you feel empowered in this stage of your mental health journey. We’ll start by getting to know each other and understanding what you want to accomplish in our time together. Please don’t hesitate to reach out - you’re doing great if you’ve made it this far.
