Great to meet you!

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion and clarity. My favorite part of the therapeutic process is witnessing my clients transform and step into the best version of themselves. While life can become painful, challenging, and sometimes even chaotic, the good news is that it doesn't have to stay that way! As your therapist, I am committed to providing a safe, validating, and non-judgmental space where you can heal, grow, and reach your highest potential.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-centered, meaning we work together as a team to identify goals and create meaningful change. I integrate evidence-based modalities including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients develop practical tools, increase emotional awareness, and build healthier thought and behavior patterns. My goal is to empower clients with skills they can use beyond the therapy room to create lasting growth and resilience.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, we will focus on getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. This time is an opportunity to share your story at your own pace, discuss your goals, and ask any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. I will help gather relevant background information while also ensuring the space feels safe, supportive, and non-judgmental. Together, we will begin identifying next steps and creating a plan that feels aligned with your needs, strengths, and hopes for change.
