I have experience working with trauma survivors, including direct experience with those who have survived domestic violence and sexual assault. I am trained in many different trauma modalities and will work with you to tailor our work to your needs.
I approach each session with a person-centered approach, and really like for the people I work with to sit in the drivers seat. I specialize in Substance Use Disorders (SUD), as well as trauma.
In our first session together, we will focus on getting to know each other and your goals for therapy.
