Great to meet you!

I understand what it's like to struggle and feel alone. I pursued my education in Counseling Psychology in order to help people that have felt similarly so that they have support. I made sure to have training in trauma specifically because I know that so many people have experienced it and may not even see their experiences as such.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My philosophy comes from understanding that so many people in the world have experienced significant struggles – these struggles might be small and personal, or related to the larger social environment. When we’ve gone through hurtful struggles, they often affect us by making us feel weak, alone, and helpless. That’s why I offer a safe, judgment-free space where people can feel heard and validated as they discuss and process through the issues that trouble them.

What you can expect from our first session

I make it a point to ensure that sessions are safe and supportive so that you can feel empowered as we explore the things that you're struggling with through learning skills to cope.
