Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas who adores working with children and adolescents. I received my Masters in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and have been working in Community Mental Health services since COVID. I am a follower of Christ and I love helping people get through hard times, regardless of who they are or where they come from.

My approach to therapy

In my practice, collaboration is key. Clients who are willing to take responsibility for their treatment goals will see a lot of growth and progress, and I can do my best therapeutic work when the client is also putting in the effort to get better. I will be your teammate, your advocate, and your helping hand, but you will take the lead on your goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be getting to know each other and building a strong, collaborative relationship. I will gather information and evaluate appropriate treatment, and together we will develop a personalized treatment plan. From there, we will work together to find unique tools to put into your toolbox to face life's challenges and practice them so you can be prepared for all of the challenges you may encounter. You will set your goals and keep working toward them until you can confidently say that you don't need me anymore.
