Great to meet you!

I’ve worked in addiction counseling, treatment courts, and child protection—which means I’ve seen a lot, learned a lot, and developed a deep respect for the resilience people carry. I also happen to live with ADHD, so I have a soft spot for brains that zig when others zag. Whether you’re neurotypical or proudly outside-the-box, I love helping people untangle the messiness of life and find what works for them.

My approach to therapy

I’m a big believer in using whatever works. For some people that’s CBT or DBT skills, for others it’s EMDR to get to the deeper stuff, and for many it’s a mix. I keep therapy down‐to‐earth and human—some humor, some storytelling, and plenty of practical tools you can actually use in your real life. I’m warm and easygoing, but I’ll also be straightforward when you need someone to cut through the noise. It’s a blend of support, insight, and honest conversation.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely supported—where you can explore, heal, and figure out what moving forward looks like for you. I believe in whole-body healing, so we might talk about emotions, thought patterns, or even what your nervous system is up to. It’s all connected, and I’m here to help you make sense of it in a way that feels doable and real.
