Great to meet you!

Brittany enjoys working with diverse populations, pursues diversity, equity and inclusion work, and deeply values the role and importance of culture and impact of racism on systems, families, and individuals. My approach to therapy

Brittany enjoys working with young adults & offers a client-centered approach to therapy using empowerment theory and brief and solution-focused modalities. She specializes in trauma-informed care and cognitive behavioral intervention to treat adjustments, communication, boundaries, relationships, perfectionism/performance anxiety, anxiety/depression, adjustment issues, occupational/academic pressures, life transitions, adoption/foster care, trauma recovery, attachment, and grief/loss.

What you can expect from me

A safe, trusting relationship is the pathway to healing. She sees the therapeutic process as a collaborative effort in helping clients achieve their goals.
