Great to meet you!

I know from personal experience how paralyzing it feels when life sends something you weren't prepared for. I specialize in working with young adults and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and big life changes. What I bring to every session is a direct, structured, and deeply human approach. I won't just listen—I'll actively help you build a new way of thinking.

My approach to therapy

My work is rooted in CBT, specifically REBT—Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. That's a fancy way of saying I'm going to teach you how to think about your thinking. We'll look at the beliefs driving your emotions and behaviors, and we'll change the ones that aren't working for you. This isn't passive therapy where we just explore feelings for months. It's practical, goal-directed, and designed to give you tools you'll actually use long after our sessions end.

What you can expect from me

We hit the ground running—in the best way. In your first session, I'll walk you through the full CBT model using a real example from your life, so you can see exactly how your thoughts are connected to your emotions and behavior. It moves fast, but purposefully. You'll leave with a clearer picture of what we're working toward and a sense that change is actually possible. Most clients tell me the first session feels less like a therapy intake and more like we've already started doing the work—because we have.
